엄마들 스트레스는 노후준비(과)와 관련된 문제라 생각하는데, 그렇게 생각하는 이유는…
누구나 노후를 걱정하는데 이건 본인이 생각하기에 달렸다. 나이는 그야말로 숫자에 불과한 것이니 개의치 말고 당당하게 살아갈 수 있는 자기 개발을 하는것이다. 내가 무엇을 할 수 있는지 내가 할 수있는 일을 찾아서 당당하게 시도해본다.
이 문제를 해결하는 방법으로 내가 생각하는 것은…
나는 나이를 먹었으니 대접을 받아야 한다는 생각은 버려야한다. 그리고 난 노인이기 때문에 할일이 없다는 생각은 도한 버려야한다. 내가 할 수있는일이 무엇인지 나를 필요로하는 사람이 있는지 주변을 돌아보고 움직여야한다. 즉 소일거리를 찾아야한다는 것이다.
나는 이 문제는 엄마스스로(이)가 도울 수 있다고 생각한다.
